This is a bithday present to the beautiful ~PsychoticPanda101!

Touko is the female protagonist in Pokémon Black and White. She's the counterpart to Hilbert. She is often referred to as White while Hilbert is often referred to as Black.

She has brown hair and blue eyes and is tall. Her top hair is covered by her hat that is why it is unknown what her hairstyle is. In the Pokémon Adventures Manga, her counterpart there, named White, was shown her hair once, though it didn't have much difference even if her hat was worn.

I think you are mistaken. I was talking about the brim for the hat, which she told me a whole long time ago because she didn't label it during that time.
